Berry Bunny

Berry made his debut in the same cartoon as Belle Bunny, “Country Bunny in the big city.” A play on the classic fable “the town mouse and the country mouse,” the story featured Berry inviting Belle to the city to show her his home. At the end, overwhelmed by the loud and busy life of the city, Belle retreats home with Berry showing up at the farm later. Leaving the city to be with Belle. He’s always played as Belle’s clueless boyfriend. A character who has a lot of trouble trying to adjust to the farm while also being timid about all the insects he comes across. Berry is easily scared and placed in constant slapstick moments on screen.
